This clean bench provides a controlled workspace by delivering ISO Class 5/Class 100 level air cleanliness through ULPA and HEPA filtration.

Air is drawn from the ambient environment, filtered, and passed horizontally across the work area in a smooth, laminar flow. This design effectively protects sensitive samples from airborne contaminants such as dust, microorganisms, and particulate matter.

Construction & Materials

Manufactured from 8mm welded polypropylene, this unit offers superior chemical resistance. A stainless steel 304 worktop ensures durability, while 5mm tempered safety glass with a counterweight sash system and side-view windows enhance visibility. It is supplied with a robust metal stand and casters for mobility.

Advanced Control System

The integrated microprocessor control system features a 10.1" colour touchscreen display, offering multi-language support and metric/imperial unit selection.

Key performance parameters such as air velocity (maintained automatically at 0.33 m/s), fan speed, and real-time filter status are displayed for user convenience and operational assurance.

Safety Systems

Multiple alarms are embedded, including low air velocity, downflow, service, and filter alarms. A critical red-light alarm activates and shuts down the system in the event of airflow failure, aiding visual identification even by hearing-impaired personnel.

Additionally, the UV germicidal lamp with a waterproof design and interlock system enhances internal workspace sterilisation.
