Chamber Design & Functionality

The SD series autoclaves feature horizontal chambers with vertical sliding doors, providing a user-friendly and efficient design. The chambers are fully jacketed on all four sides and the back, ensuring uniform heat distribution for consistent sterilisation performance.

Each design is appraised and certified by internationally registered inspection authorities, such as Lloyd's Register, which oversee production, testing, and final certification processes.

Insulation

The chamber and doors are insulated with high-density, CFC-free mineral wool, providing excellent thermal efficiency. The insulation is bright aluminium-backed to minimise heat loss through radiation and to prevent damage.

Framework

The autoclave’s framework is constructed from welded tubular steel for enhanced durability and stability.
