These high-speed homogenisers are designed for use in research and development across various industries, including cosmetics, daily chemical products, coatings, pulp, emulsion asphalt, and water treatment. They are suitable for fine mixing processes such as dispersion, emulsification, shearing, and homogenisation.

Featuring precision-engineered working heads, they comprise a stator and rotor that maintain a consistently narrow clearance, which enables high-speed relative motion and high-frequency reciprocating shear within the shear chamber, resulting in a stable, homogenised output.

Usage Warning

These machines are not suitable for prolonged, continuous operation. It is recommended that they be operated continuously for no longer than one hour. The working heads must always remain immersed in the liquid medium during use.

Specifications

Operating on a 220V, 50/60Hz power source, they feature liquid-crystal displays for speed monitoring. They support infinitely variable speed control and allow for timing control up to 6,000 minutes.

Torque is also displayed for monitoring purposes. These machines support batch processing and are supplied with standard shear-tooth heads capable of reaching a maximum working temperature of 120°C.

Durable Materials

The contact parts are manufactured from stainless steel 304, with other parts made from polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), ensuring chemical resistance and durability in a variety of processing environments.

Environmental Conditions

They are designed for operation within an ambient temperature range of 5°C to 40°C and a maximum relative humidity of 80%. These environmental parameters ensure optimal performance and longevity of the devices.

Operation & Load Adaptation

They are equipped with speed control knobs and support a load speed range of 2,000 to 28,000 RPM. As the viscosity of the materials being treated varies, the load and speed of the equipment also change. The control systems automatically adjust to maintain the set speeds. Note that actual operating speeds may vary depending on the viscosity of the materials in use.
